Workshop - Relationship survival for relocating employees & spouses.
A 3 hour workshop for relocating couples. Are you sending employees overseas or to a new state? Many couples underestimate the stress that a move far from home can cause to a relationship. Statistics show that divorce rates are higher among people migrating to a new country, often resulting in employees resigning a job and returning home. Want to avoid this? Help your employees prepare emotionally for a move. I will show your employees and their spouses how to decide on the move together. I will give them the tools to make a moving plan together. I will give tips on how to cope with the emotions of a move and support each other. We will discuss how to explore & enjoy the new environment together and, how they can help their children cope with the move. This workshop can be adapted for employees who have already relocated.
